Working Student Position – Fall/Winter 2025 Location: Ocala, Florida Preferred Start Date: October 2025 Élan Vital Dressage is offering a selective working student opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join our professional program for the fall and winter season. This is a rare chance to train and work in a high-performance environment under FEI coach Blaire Martindale, just 4 miles from the World Equestrian Center.
