Blaire is the founder of Élan Vital Dressage, a premier dressage training and sales business dedicated to delivering quality basics with international standards. A USDF Bronze & Silver Medalist along with almost 2 decades of being in the FEI arena, she has a passion for the art of dressage and years of experience training under some of the most respected names in the equestrian world. Blaire combines expertise, dedication, and a refined approach to both horse and rider development.

Blaire’s journey began under the mentorship of Major Jeremy Beale, a celebrated British Olympian, USDF Gold medalist, and popular clinician through the FEI levels. Known for his meticulous training and classical dressage philosophy, Major Beale provided Blaire with a strong foundation in the principles of harmony and balance, shaping her early career. Under Jeremy’s guidance Blaire made the 2008 NAJYRC Team for her first international competition prior to the age of 18.

She then had the privilege of training with Olympian Lisa Wilcox, whose illustrious career includes a silver medal at the World Equestrian Games and top placings on the international stage. Blaire continues to ride with Lisa, embodying her classical yet modern philosophy that prioritizes softness, suppleness, and precision.

Blaire was also honored to work under & ride for Olivia LaGoy-Weltz, a Grand Prix rider who has been shortlisted for multiple U.S. teams and is known for her mastery of biomechanics. Under Olivia’s guidance, Blaire deepened her understanding of horse biomechanics, learning to read and train each horse as an individual. This experience also allowed her to travel with the U.S. team and gain first-hand insight into the standards required at the international level.
